next time you start getting anxious or panicky, try to think what anxiety looks like,i visualise anxiety like its a dogs turd i keep on treading on,annoying yes permanent no,you just have to scrape it away! i hope no ones just had thier dinner lol also when your in a stressful situation imagine someones drawn a smiley face with a huge cheesey grin on your forehead, ibet you cant help laughing to yourselfs or smiling even a little.
