I probably did things the wrong way round and posted to another forum before here. Sorry. I'm Briary, 35, and I have a social phobia and depression. I've suffered from both these problems since the age of 13 and find it difficult to socialise or talk to anyone. I'm hoping to find support (and maybe even be able to support others) and try to find ways of overcoming my problems.
