Why did you stop suddenly and after how long ?

If you haven't got any left -

    A) get some from doctor tomorrow and then come off it in a controlled fashion

    b) know that it will be uncomfortable for a fsome days but these awful feelings are 'just' withdrawal symptoms and will pass.

If you've still got some left - go back on it tonight for a couple of days and then come off it very slowly.

I know how horrible this can be .. but it will pass.

If encouraged, it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts are drained.

    Hi there

sorry, ive just got in and only just read your post so I dont know when you are going to read this reply.

The only thing I can say is that it will get better with time. Its just your body adjusting to no medication.

Keep telling yourself this to reassure yourself.

Look after yourself, eat healthy, try and do some exercise to burn off the excess adrenaline - even if its just walking up and down stairs a couple of times. Try relaxation - nice warm bath, candles etc. Make sure you get enough sleep.

When did you stop the meds?

take care...we are here for you!!!
