I'm feeling so anxious I'm 47 and have started to feel so fuzzy headed and off balance I've just started period and it seems I'm like this every month throughout period and just after every month it makes me anxious anybody else feel like this please

yes i feel like this all the time for the past year but it gets alot worse before my period starts. om 24. so im going to see the dr next week about going back on the pill to see if that helps. there is nothing worse that feeling unbalanced and fuzzy mines is quite bad :(

I have gone through the menopause now but from the age of 40 I started to feel like that before my period and my anxiety was much worse at that time.
