pain up inside bottom & lower stomack

Got my period on saturday. When i woke up on saturday went to loo and i had such the bad pain inside bottom when trying to go to loo the pain was also in my lower stomack. I did manage to go to the loo. (sorry so much detail) Could not stand up straight such bad sort of wind pain in stomack. I took about 20 mins to sort of go. All day my stomack was sore and tender to touch felt like it was brusied. It feels pretty much the same today. Does anybody else get this when they are on their period.

Yes Lorraine I used to get this when I had periods. Excuse me for saying but I used to fart a lot with it too
