I know my own type of anxiety. Or do I? I'm confident around family and have plenty to say, but when faced with friends, even ones I've known a long time, I hate trying to fill in any gaps in conversation.

Ive spent the last 5 years internalising everything so now ive been diagnosed with clinic depression im finding it really hard to talk to my friends/ family about it all. But yeah, i have one particular friend i can confide in which is great
