Hello

Would love hugs from peeps who understand the torment of anxiety.

This is my 3rd big episode triggered by many life events not least by my mum's death in March my best friend. Can't even think about Christmas without her.

I am so sorry to hear about your mum's passing. I know what life without mum is like and the first Christmas is the hardest.




No one can help with your grief except to be here as a shoulder to cry on so to speak. Time doesn't heal but the pain does at least lessen with time. Please take care.

Hi Mermaid,
I'm so sorry for the loss of your Mum, that must be incredibly painful and sad.

We lost a dear friend of ours at the end of March this year, I know that we're finding it difficult enough, so I can only imagine what you're going through hun.

Don't put yourself under needless stress about Christmas hun, this year I expect you'll just want it to be quiet and peaceful and given lots of space.

Just do what you feel you want to do hun, don't worry about trying to run around pleasing others, they will understand I'm sure, just be kind to yourself and allow yourself to grieve in the way that suits you hun.
