Avoid IES (emetophobia) forum.
Look, I'm not saying that this site is bad because it isn't, but I seriously advise anyone with emetophobia NOT to browse on that forum during the winter months. If it doesn't bother you, then continue browsing that forum obviously. I am not forcing every emet not to, I am just warning you.
Why? Because you WILL see threads called 'I have just been sick!', 'Stomach virus is everywhere!', etc. These things will just fuel your phobia and make you even more anxious. Of course it's not the emets fault for saying that the stomach virus is everywhere and stuff because this awful phobia makes you think irrationally.
I haven't been on it this season and guess what? I am not anxious.
