Very tired give me a message of hope please

I increased my dosage to 40 mg two weeks ago, I am unable to sleep, I am not hungry, I feel so agitated, I was doing great last year but lately had a blip so had to increase the dosage to 40 mg, is that a side effect? I am so tired, I'm not leaving bed, I feel exhausted with terrifying thoughts, I dont feel like smiling, don't feel like talking, my head hurts so much, I feel I'm not myself... Please tell what's wrong? I already had 20mg in my system, why is this happening, I want to be normal and happy and active again, I'm frustrated I cant take it anymore.......

GAD, it's quite normal to have a blip. It happens to us all. I'm currently going through a small one myself. As for upping your medication. 20 to 40 mgs is a big jump and it will take your body several weeks to a month to adjust. Some of this could be related to increasing your dosage. Hang in there and know things will get better.

THANk you TAnner, I feel a bit calmer, I Forced myself to go out, and to now drink wine or beer to not make things worse, I hope I will keep getting better, and hope u will get better too, hugs!
