Memory worries

Why has my memory gone to pot ?? I'm sure I'm going mad and I'm only 37 ... Plus I have a tender nipple that feels bruised when I touch it . Obviously it's some form of cancer

I don't know what to say about your nipple being bruised. I have memory troubled too I am 31. I couldn't remember if I took my zoloft the other day I need one of those pill holders. I walk into a room and can't remember why I'm there. It's worse when I'm anxious. Even though we are only in our 30's I think it's a part of aging.
