Heart beating too slow???

Been really anxious over the past few days, feeling as if my heart is beating too slow. My anxiety tends to peak at least twice a month and every so often the slow heart beat comes back and it worries me to no end.
I keep telling myself it's nothing but it's not helping.
Even in my panic my heart rate is low!

i too have this like even when i do my two jobs [cleaning] when realy you should be out of breath and heart beating
