Please talk to me guys breathing panic

For a few weeks now I've had breathing problems I feel like I'm suffocating pains in my chest and back I suffer these only way but the breathing is new and is terrifying me I feel like I'm going to stop breathing or it's copd- lung 'c'- emphysema I rang an ambulance all vitals ok heart rate little high for me but still within range 110bpm oxygen 99% ECG reading fine blood sugars spot on so is the breathing in my head? I constantly feel panicked by it I feel like I'm fighting for my breath inside this is horrible.

Sounds like you have anxiety, panic attacks, these are horrible and very scary. I have had these and now realise the symptoms coming on..I now know that being aware of your breathing can actually make things worse. You start breathing differently. Try and focus on something else, the art of distraction. All your vital signs are fine, so this is a major positive. Best wishes and relax, think you should visit a doc for anxiety, take care x
