    my little puppy

    This is my new little pup god I love him to bits ,I cant believe how much he has helped my anxiety ,its hard work but worth it ,I focus on him now not my anxiety lol he is better than my meds

    I think pets are great therapy. I love my 2 cats so much and they gave me reason to get up every morning when I was at my lowest. I had to get up to feed them and they never leave my side.

    Your right Annie before I got my little alfie I would stay in bed .I couldnt be bothered ,but now im up and busy he is like my little shadow xx

    Oh he is so cute, animals are a wonderful source of happiness, having a puppy is a full time job, I know this as I have a 5 month old Basset Hound. Happy healthy infant animals grow in to wonderful companions for us human beings, the relationship we have with them is unique and very special - enjoy.
