I'm a bit obsessed with tea, although having read some of the posts about anxiety, I might have to cut down a bit on the caffeine

Well Sarah, ive been drinking decaffinated tea for many years now and the taste is really just as good. I know some people reckon the chemicals they use to take out the caffeine can do more harm than good, but there's never been any proof of it and I can feel the difference if I have a day drinking normal tea, I feel a bit trembly and my heart starts doing flip-flops! You can even get speciality teas decaffinated these days, but I mostly just buy asda or sainsburys etc own brand decaff tea and coffee and they're good.

Get the kettle on then!
