Ever feel like you are in a time warp or weird..

Woke this morning ,couldn't distinquish between dream and reality and then woke and have felt strange all day..I got up and got around and did somethings but tonight I have been feeling like im in the twilight zone..lost somewhere on the internet but not quite there or here.. somewhere in time... im not loosing touch with reality
just a feeling of don't know..not really there..not sure of how to descibe it.. a feeling of no feeling about anything..im sure its temporary but wondered if anyone else ever gets it..?

    Hi!
What you are feeling is REALLY common symptom of anxiety.
It is called derealisation or depersonalisation and there are lots of great threads here where you can read about what causes it and what can help you deal with it.
I experienced this really badly and it frightened me so much i thought i was going crazy.
I found that the more i learnt about why it was happening the less scary it seemed.
I still feel like this some days, but mostly it has passed.
    All the best.
