I have now done my second apt with the hypnotherapist. Well tonight I was sitting chatting to a friend when I suddenly realised that since seeing him i have not actually had a panic attack.
I am much calmer in myself and feel quite relaxed in my surroundings, I also booked two appointments to the school for next week and am going alone.
I think it is working, now I wont say too much too soon but hey its got to be better than a negative or a nothing and I really think that with the CBT as well that there is a chance that recovery is not too far away
I will however say that having friends to support makes a huge differance and I am grateful for that.
