    FW: Hypnotherapy

    I have now done my second apt with the hypnotherapist. Well tonight I was sitting chatting to a friend when I suddenly realised that since seeing him i have not actually had a panic attack.

    I am much calmer in myself and feel quite relaxed in my surroundings, I also booked two appointments to the school for next week and am going alone.

    I think it is working, now I wont say too much too soon but hey its got to be better than a negative or a nothing and I really think that with the CBT as well that there is a chance that recovery is not too far away

    I will however say that having friends to support makes a huge differance and I am grateful for that.

    Told ya all that running around naked and barking like a dog would help. Glad your doing good tho maybe i need to get me one of them hypno geezers too.

    Hi Sue,

    lovely to hear the hypnotherapist is helping you, i found it helped me too, i had 4 sessions in all, and like you felt much calmer im myself.

    Sounds like you are making great progress, i hope that recovery is not far away for you also.

    Sue babe you already moo dont need no hypno for that. And you know me i like to share things so it would have been rude of me not to tell the others of what you been up to. No need to be embarresed whats abit of barking amongst friends huh!!!!

    Now when you finished with him send him up here cos i could do with a giggle wonder if he can make me cluck like a chicken and lay eggs.

    Why am i left with such a disturbing mental picture *shudder*

    Great news Sue, but if thats you calm I'd hate to be in when you are stressed!!
