hi i am Camilla
just joined no more panic. I thought i wod join 2 get extra support.
i go 2 a psychiatric unit as a day patient cause i get v depressed and self-harm. i have been in a few psychiatric hospitals since i am 14 and i am now 17. I have been depressed more than half my life and still struggle every day. Please write me a message if you have a simular problem you want 2 discuss. thanks 4 reading this message

Welcome aboard. You will get some great advice here ane everyone is so supportive of each other.

Are you on any medication ? Have they being doing CBT with you.

I myself have never self harmed but i have done a lot of courses on it and experienced some horrific self harm in my job.
