Hi, I've been reading this forum for a while now but I decided to sign up and stop lurking. I've been a bit up and down with my health anxiety since I took ecstasy for the first time (three years ago) and suffered a bit of a panic attack. Since then I've been through the ringer a little, but thanks to an understanding boss and CBT I'm largely back on my feet again. Every day brings a new challenge but it has always been calming for me to come in here and read about so many other people suffering with similar ailments. Looking forward to continuing to browse and maybe even contribute from time to time.

im a newbie too. and had a similar thing after having some weed. haha why do we do these things?
