Hello everyone, I thought I'd put together a little thread for things that have helped me over the years, some of the content may be considered 'alternative' but I've found putting respect in something a little more than ourselves whether it be a higher power or just our mother earth has helped me a lot, so here. I may update it sometimes as well

Nahko Bear And Medicine for the People (Music) I can't understand how people like gaga get in the charts and these get no way near them. I don't think I'd be the person I am without Nahko, their music has helped me in a million ways:

Mindfulness by Mark Williams and Danny Penman(My psychiatrist recommended me this, it comes with a CD full of guided meditations)
Free Yourself From Anxiety by Emma fletcher and Martha Langley
Polishing the mirror By Ram dass(all his books are great)
The Prophet by Khalil Gibran (great little book to put things into perspective)
I guess most people would call me a hippy, but in truth I just try and live the way I feels things should be, with lots of love, smiling and curiosity
Thank you, it took me a while to do this so I hope this helps some people and I hope you have a great day/night wherever you are
