I was in a very long term relationship with my husband.
I've been through a lot of stress with the breakup and my body doesn't do we'll with adrenalin. I shake at stressful situation etc.
I'm worried now that there's a man I like and every time I see him my body literally starts shaking. And it's not that I'm scared, my body is misinterpreting the adrenalin. Is there something wrong with me?

I used to do that. Like you say, just adrenaline.
Certainly nothing wrong with you. When you're chatting him up just say you're cold. It'll definitely go away once you relax.
