I started to taper this week. I've decided to alternate days of 20MG with days of 10MG. ( so that's an average of 15MG)

Fingers crossed. Feel nervous but feel i have to try and see what happens .

OK, quick update

1 week in on 15MG and I feel fine. I'll stay on 15MG for the rest of this month and see how I go

Week 2 on 15MG and all is well. I have to say it I though it would be harder but thank God I don't appear to be suffering from the reduction.

Another week down and all i can say was it was a tougher one. Had anxiety, sick stomach , a little dizzy. Seems to have passed off now .

OK,

Last week on 15MG and feeling just fine. I start 10MG this Monday. I know I'll feel off for a week or so but it's managable and not half as bad as i thought it would be. Slow and easy is the only way. I will stay at 10MG for a mionth and see where i go from there.
