Perimenopause?

I am nearly 34 and am wondering if I am going through perimenopause. I have alot of the symptoms of it.
Is there a test the Dr can do to see if I am? Also if I am is there anything I can take/do to help with the symptoms?
My hormones feel like they are all over the place, I don't want to feel like this for the next 5-10 years!
Has anyone else gone through this at an early age? Or even at the right age and had horrible symptoms like depression, anxiety mood swings? Some advice would be great.
Also my Mum and Sister both went through early menopause, early-mid 40s.

I would say hormone imbalance is a much more probable cause than early menopause at age 34. There are definitely hormone tests that can let you know if your estrogen, progesterone, etc. is off.

It could also be your run of the mill anxiety/depression symptoms related to brain chemical imbalance as opposed to hormones.

Either way, there is lots that can be done to help you feel better.....book an appt with your GP or GYN and let them guide you in where to go from here to get back to feeling 100%.

Thanks for your reply toomuch. I went and saw my Dr yesterday, I am have a blood test next week to check my hormones. I had full bloods done a couple of weeks ago and my blood sugar was a bit high so am having a fasting blood test done as well!
At least I'll know for sure in a couple of weeks!
