Ectopic beats

Hi, I am having lots of ectopic beats. Have had something similar for years, but am unable to control the anxiety caused by these even though I have been told my heart is ok. I feel I am dying when these happen and find them so hard to cope with. Any advice please?

The more you can accept and just go on anyway when it comes to your physical symptoms- the sooner they will lessen. This is because your sympathetic nervous system will release less adrenaline when you quit telling yourself you are in "danger."
