Hey there.
I was just wondering if anyone had found that there 'time of the month' effected their anxiety and or depression? I mean I know we can all feel cranky and moody but I mean really bring your mood down.

It's weird, but I don't think it really does for me. I do get normal cramps and irritability, but over the years I've made a concerted effort to observe anything that might have any impact on my mood/anxiety/depression and I don't find any obvious correlations.
