Hi Im 27 years old and suffer with a phobia witch is linked to anxiety trigers my eating disorder witch then triggers my depression.
I find it hard some days to cope, people around dont understand what its like for these problems to make me feel so low, my eatting is a big issue at the moment but my anxiety is playing a big part in it, ive seen doctors and health people and got no where.
Ive joined the site so i can talk to people who do understand me so I dont feel so alone.
hope this post is ok as its my first time being on a site like this.
