I started 100mg sertraline last month I used to be on 40mg citalopram which was ok while it lasted , which wasn't long. So I'm not sure if the problems in this post have anything to do with medication but I don't think it has I hope not because I need these to work , i'm desperate. As of new year I gave up alcohol in order to be more healthy and have less anxiety I'm 1 month , 7 days sober. Yay ! I wasn't drinking everyday but it did consume my thoughts day in and day out , everyday. I'd drink to relieve my anxiety which I've learnt was not helping I also didn't like the idea of you have to have an alcoholic drink just because it's the weekend and I'm a bloke it's what we do after all , right ? Well I don't want to drink because if I'm honest anyone can drink alcohol. However , since giving up alcohol I've developed a new problem , I think it's a problem , this is quiet funny but at the same time a little bit weird. My new problem is that I can't stop watching porn then masturbating and I'm also easily aroused more now which before was a lot of hard work but now I get randy over the slightest thing which I consider to be sexy , stupid I know. Am I addicted to porn now ? I'm going through every day watching it but is it I just got my sex drive back ?
