Hi All
Well I've been suffering anxiety panic attacks and depression for about a year and a half. Recently I thought I had it beaten and had a couple of good month's. But the demon is back with plenty of physical as well as mental symptoms. I'm trying to push through it but I'm starting to hide away again every thing is a terrifying effort that wipes me out. It's good to be around people who are on the same page.

Are you taking any meds?
I made the mistake of coming off them a little while ago as I thought it would be ok. Ans they won't give me any more valium which sucks lol.

We've all been there mate, I thought I was sorted but things just crept back at me.
What were/are you taking?
