Propranolol 10mg

Hi there my doctor has prescribed me propranolol to take 10mg 3 times daily just wondered if other people have taken this and if it helps? And how long to leave between doses?

ive been taking it for a year i jus take 10mg once a day cus meds freak me out. it caused no side effects maybe just a little tired so i took it at bedtime to begin with. it has helped with my heart palpitations x
