    Cramps after BM

    Does anyone continue to have cramps after a BM?

    Honestly, pretty much any digestive 'symptom' will have been experienced by someone on here with IBS! I don't get cramps after a BM, but it's not unusual to - either because you've got "more to come" somewhere in the system, or because the cramping before the BM has made your insides a bit sore.
