Hi everyone after stopping this tablets some months ago were we go again...day 1 for me today hope all goes well this time!
So far im ok last time I was also ok.

Hi Ilda, I have been experiencing the same thing as you. Stopped the zoloft and back at it within 2 months .
I am now on day 9 and things seems to be much easier on me than the first time (this time I am starting at 25mg last time was 50mg).

Thank you to you all today is day 3 for me and started at 25mg so far so good no side effects that I can't handle always been scared of this type of medication but now I have decided not to stop them no matter what. I dont know because its early days last time I took only for 6 days and stopped but I only took my 3rd tablet this morning and I feel more calm. Dont know if is the tablets working already or not!
Oh well good luck to everyone hope all of us get better really really soon.

I was scared but at the end it's just another pill to make us better. Are u getting any side effects Luna and Helena?

I haven't really had any side effects except for vivid dreams and tiredness but that could be just normal anxiety. I started at 25mg, I was fine on it so I'm sure you will be too

Hello everyone
Last night couldn't sleep was really tired but was waking up most of the time.
First time I had night sweets but I guess is from the crazy dreams I had:(
This morning took my 4th tablet after breakfast and so far so good.

Hello Ilda, hope you feel good today ! I am at my 12th day and 3rd day at 37.5. Things seems to be levelling out, less anxiety. I feel quite relaxed in my head and the only things that disturbs me now are the pressure in my chest and very bad memory. I know the chest pressure will go when I stabilize but the memory not sure ... Sleeping wise depends on the days. I usually wake up a bit tensed but this goes away as soon as I get up. Overall I cannot complain. The thing I am the most glad about is that the mood swings have disapeared. Keep up and let us know how you feel !

Today is a no no day...don't know why but had this bad feelings. Sence I wake up. Trying to forget about it its hard. Even knowing im in a very low dose o want this day to be over. I will go up my dose and see if o feel any difference. Lucky hubby is at home looking after the kids. at least I don't feel lonely and I can take my mind of things.

Feel much better after a couple of hours asleep.
have to start controlling my emotions and negativity!!
Got therapy tomorrow that's one good thing
