Hello everyone
Had a good day today bit tired but ok and still early as day 6:(
I lost a bit of my appetite but I guess thats normal I didnt wanted to loose any more weigh as im 43kg:( trying really hard to drink plenty of nutritional drinks. Better days will come
Tomorrow is my last day at 25mg going up to 50mg I really really hope I dont get mad side effects.
Been sleeping ok but waking up at 6am and then no more sleep. So I try to go bed early so my body can rest.

Im doing ok and it's day 7 should go up my dose tomorrow from 25mg to 50mg.
What do you lot think? Im a bit scared not as much but still:( I've been sleeping ok still wake up with fear of god knows what but then it goes away.
My appetite still not great but really trying to eat
Still early days I know but really want to feel better so I'm not going to give up

Hello Ilda. Hope you are feeling good today. Yesterday has been quite good for me. Always a bit of pressure in my chest but I can focus on something else than my anxiety. Still having sleeping problems but I am not too tired during the day.
Regarding your dosage increase, I went from 25 to 37.5 to make the transition to 50mg easier. And I can say I can feel the dosage increase but it is not harsh. This is an option that I choose with my doc but everyone reacts differently ...
Overall after 2 weeks I feel much better so hang on there and don't be scared you will get better soon.

Today my sleep wasn't perfect but it is anxiety because I need to change my dose today. I haven't taken it yet and already shaking nervous but it as to be done.
I feel nausea I couldn't have my dinner last evening. My problem is I worry to much about things. I don't want to take it amd regret it after:(

ilda 25 - 50mg is an easy jump,dont count the days count the improvements
