Finally this day nearly gone so far so good with sertraline 50mg. really hope to get a good night sleep.

Good morning everyone.
I had a beautiful sleep slept all night.
This morning I feel great a bit tired but great.
I feel a lot more calm not irritated as before.
My anxiety got better still feel heavy chest but not as bad.
My headaches are mild now. Still a bit tired and little appetite.
Today is only day 9 still early and I do hope I improve much much more.
Need to stay on 50mg of sertraline for a month been told today by my gp. She is happy cause im doing and manage this well.
Im happy as well but as I say still early days she said for some by second wk we see improvements for others 3/44 wks.
Im glad im doing ok and I do hope posting in here will help others in the same situation as me

Thanks Greg I don't know about you guys but in the evening I feel so sleepy. Been ok all day what for me is good cause i was suffering a lot and these days I've been feeling better. Well wish everyone a good night big hugs to everyone and a lovely weekend

Hi everyone after 10 days on sertraline im doing ok
Woke up ok then had a bit of a low mood but it went away cause I did not let it take over me.
It's hard but we all need to try.
Ok so today I had a bit of nausea and still haven't eat sence morning.
gonna try and eat something. It's hard to all of us to cope but we need to be strong some times. And I'm not giving up!

Hi good morning everyone hope everyone is well I'm doing ok so far so good.
As normal I wake up early mornings now what I don't mind my nausea is gone but still can't eat that much.
Been eating a lot of bananas cause I read it's good for depression and omega 3 fish oils tablets.
I realised I'm not as moody as before and still feel a lot calmer. Day 11 for me today let's hope I have a good sunday.
