Barium Meal - anyone had one?

I have to get one this morning and thinking of canceling again.

I'm so paranoid about it - I've canceled 4 times.

The Dr thinks I have gastritis.
I've been reading that side effects are rare but I'd rather not risk the rare part.

Anyone?

I did, once, when I had inflammation of the esophagus. It's nothing scary really, totally painless, no risk involved and you'll get the results very quickly. Nothing to be frightened of, really. Get it over with and roll on living
