Thread: Feeling completely down.

    Feeling completely down.

    Hi,

Sorry to post. I'm crying as I write this. Feeling completely down when I should be feeling good.

I feel like there is no light at the end of the tunnel. I get good times and then the bad times come again. I get less scared of something and then I get scared of something new. I feel like I'm going to be this way forever. I feel like crap. I feel alone.

    Sorry to bring it down,

    Aww hello Gem,

Don't be sorry to post this.

I think everyone feels like there's no light at the end of the tunnel sometimes, it's a normal feeling that I'm sure you have got through before, so what's different this time? I think there will always be bad times like tonight, but you have to remember the good times that are most likely just around the corner.

Don't loose heart, you've come so far, you can do this

You're definitely not alone, here's them hugs you deserve!

Thanks so much for replying to me Luna!
Also, thanks for the kind and lovely words. I definitely need them. Feeling a little better from your words so thank you. I just feel a bit worthless and hopeless, but I hope that that changes sooner rather than later. Thank you, you have given me a boost and helped

    Hope you are ok.

    It's perfectly fine Gem,

You are far from worthless, you have an amazing life just waiting for you. These problems are only making you stronger so don't let them make you feel this way, embrace them if you can, you really are going to be fine.

    Hi ,
I hope you're feeling much better! Everyone tends to get times like these. I used to get them frequently, but I then picked up several hobbies like painting, pottery, gym and zumba. I do these in my free time so I don't have any time to let the negatives thought come into my head.
Keep thinking about the positives in your life
