Homework FOR ALL. Can't believe I've not added this sooner.

After reading toomuchtolive threads I've realised I've not been doing my homework. I was given a link to this site http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/consumers.cfm within it is useful CBT workbooks, which are subject specific. Mine is HA, I had already started on it, but stopped for some reason.
