    Unhappy Tribunal

    Hi,

Was advised to seek ESA over a year ago due to a painful musculo-skeletal condition. Atos awarded me 0 points and I appealed with GP medical certificates. During this period I underwent a lot of physio which started to ease my back several months ago, to the extent that I am now off ESA. But the Tribunal still wants me to attend the hearing - for a benefit I no longer receive or claim.

    Any advice please?

Very down now - needless to say

If the tribunal is successful then they might owe you money - it is backdated so why not go anyway?

Thank you, I am a carer for an elderly relative, this is the main reason I cannot easily attend the hearing - a hearing concerning a benefit I no longer receive or claim.
