Today my legs realllyyyy ache, not all day just for the past 2 hours or so... I have done a bit of walking today but nothing thats too much, I dont know ehy they would suddenly ache

I get this it should pass after a few days keep moving but don't over do it.

I had this the other week. Intensely aching legs. Discovered it was from how I was sitting.
