i cant believe ive done it!!!

[Granny Primark]

Today was the opening of our first ever primark in our city centre of stoke on trent.
My daughter like me thinks theyre the best thing since slice bread.
She was determined to shop until she dropped today.
I was suffering from major panic at just the thought of going to the city centre let alone at going into the crowded shop itself.
But i went in with my daughter and hubby and managed to stay in queue for 35 mins!!!
Is that good or is that bloody good?
I would have struggled to do that even before i started with panic attacks.
The support and encouragement ive recieved from the members of this site has really helped me to see that you can cope with the anxiety and panic.
