4.5 weeks on paroxetine, it's not working yet :(

hi, I was on paroxatine for 15 yrs before it gradually stopped working as well, the main side effect i found was no sexual desire but that aside it helped with depression and anxiety fairly well. Im now on 45mg mirtazapine, diazapam and bisoprolol and not getting very far. All i would say is persevere as I was told by my doctors that sometimes it can take between 3 - 6 months to reach full effect with some meds. Stay positive.

Hi, after 8 weeks on paroxetine, my doc upped my dose from 20 mg to 30 mg, and I almost got better immediately. I'm doing good now. Hugs to you all
