Worried about what could possibly be wrong

I'm mid cycle now and I've got pain in my right side. Now I know this can be normal and I suffered it quite badly before having my children but it was brushed off.
Since my second child it's come back. But with it my pelvis is very tender and I keep getting these odd sensations with my bladder. It's like the feeling I got when I was pregnant when the baby would kick my bladder.
I'm terrified this is something serious. I mentioned OC to the gp when I was there last week about heartburn and they just brushed it off.
Just after my period ends I don't have this pain so I just don't know what to think. Does anyone have a rational explanation for me?

Well I've got a dr app today and these pains have gone again for now so looks like it might be mid cycle pain. But what I read on it says that it usually lasts a day at most not give days??
