Bowel problems

Okay, so I'm sure some of you have seen my previous posts, so basically I have the runs quite badly today, and I noticed there was blood in my stool, very minimal but it was definately there, this has happened on a number of occasions now.. Since it was within the stool I thought it was tomato I had eaten (that's what it looked like at first) but then looking closer when pressed against Rossi it would stain the other side :( I'm so scared, also I haven't eaten any Omari's in at least 4 days and my stomach is really sore :( there was also a bit of blood on the tissue I noticed when I wiped last night.. But thisorning the little sponges are definately within the stool :(

It is best to see your doctor and he may ask for a sample of your stools. It could possibly be something simple like and infection in your bowel but best to get it checked so that you can be reassured.

There's lots of reasons for blood when you go to the toilet- internal piles, fissures, an infection/ virus, medication, diverticular disease, Chrohns...it doesn't have to be the worst case scenario at all. Go to your doctor and they will be able to reassure you and do any necessary tests.

I had blood a couple of times when going to the loo and it turned out that I had an anal fissure (nice...) that I wasn't even aware of.
