    Can this be stopped? Anyone?

Hello! I've told you before that I suffer from brain fog. This has been going on for about 6 months (not everyday). It's always worst when I wake up and it gradually goes somewhat away during the day. It has become so bad that I fear mornings (well okay, my sleepcycle is so bad. I go to bed at 6-9am and wake up 2-5pm :/). This usually leads to one panic attack after waking up since this feeling is so scary and uncomfortable. It's like I'm in a bubble and my vision and consentradition is a bit off. Many of you probably know this feeling right? Well the question is: has anybody found any relief or ways to cure it even a little? I tried prozac for a while but me and my doctor came to the conclusion that it just made everything worse. I haven't tried any other medication and there is no counceling here. So, tell me everything u know, every advice is gold! thank you.

Your brain fog is probably your brains way of shutting down as it's exhausted because of all the worrying and panic etc
Have you tried doing a mindfulness meditation
since anxiety etc is in the brain/mind surely it's better to treat it with things like CBT and meditation to change your thinking rather than medication
try mindfulness meditations, i've been finding them helpful and am trying to stick to them
they calm your mind and may help to give it a break
just go on youtube if you want free ones

Why are you sleeping during the day? Is this because you work nights or something else?

No, it's just because my sleepcycle is bad. I'm 20 years old and my school starts in October so I'm not doing anything until then, that's stressful too since I hate just sitting around. I'm trying to find a job tho.

Believe it or not but you need sunlight, you should really start to try and sort out your sleeping pattern.

Your suppose to have 8-12 hours sleep a night, which will give you the adequate hours of each stage of sleep. When this starts to mess up you will most likely experience the off vision and concentration, along with the lack of sun you may be getting I'd imagine you'd definitely feel off!

Yep, you're falling into the same trap I fell into years ago. Sitting around is the LAST thing you want to be doing. You need to get out and about, socialise, distract yourself, live a full life. Sleeping at home in the day is a recipe for health anxiety, believe me it only makes it worse.
