It's definitely in your head, It takes hours, it also has to build up in your system, your going to be fine

Have a cup of tea,honestly ive taken far stronger drugs (Antipsychotics) and didnt get any side effects .People who post about it on the internet are scaremongering and you shouldnt listen to them

Mgw, I promise you, there is nothing to be scared of. I was prescribed sertraline for anxiety and I was terribly anxious with it but it was in my head. Take a Valium as and when needed and in a few days you won't worry about taking it when you realise it isn't doing any harm to you. Well done for taking the first one, I really do know how hard that is when you are so afraid.
