Always look on the bright side of life....

    Hello everyone,

So I sit here and I worry about everything from job, money, relationship, family, my sanity and not to mention the main one: health anxiety.

What coping mechanisms do you all use when everything possible is going wrong and can't see no light!?

    Xx

Now I have that sacrilegious vision of Eric Idle on the cross singing that song running through my head in Life of Brian ... Thanks! ~lol~

Hi I try to do some thing like sewing which makes me concentrate fully on some thing. Or go see a friend and talk about anything but my problems.

Have you looked into personal development? It's fantastic for a positive mindset
