Weird Dot

So my eye worries have been the least of my worries now. But I've had some lower back pain and someone ended up looking at my lower back and noticed dark flat dot on the left side of my lower back. Now of course I found myself obsessing over it and now I'm stressed and scared again. There's no way these are coincidences. To me I have cancer. I have too many symptoms and they all can't be linked to anxiety or stressed. I'm so scared more than ever. I don't know what to so

So who looked at your back?... was it a Dr...no probably not.I appreciate you are worried but go to see a Dr and whilst you are there explain about your HA.
