    trying a different approach

i have suffered from PA for almost 20 years now and even though im going through a bad spell i just wanted to write this here to try and help me think rational as i have had these for years

chest pain is unlikely to be my heart as im still here after 17 years and no heart attack

all the various pains and aches that come and go ie tingling in face, back pain, pins n needles, toothache are heightened sensitivity

i know this as if i do something like crosswords i tend not to notice them as much

i know we have so many symptoms at once and we are all more aware of them than the average person it makes us stress, dr google or whatever but we must try and stay positive

Now all i must do is listen to my own advice

Sorry you're having a bad spell but this is a very rational and positive post!

    Leia-
I think you are going to be out of this relapse before you know it. You have an underlying strength and rationality that is glowing beneath the layers of anxiety.
