How long till it 'kicks in'

Hey guys im new here
ive been on fluox 20mg for 3 weeks tomorrow. I am coping better with my anxiety but i still feel quite numb and not happy? feel really down most of the time.
How long until the tablets 'kick in' and i dont feel so gloomy all the time??

There is no one answer to this.

I was told to give it at least 6 months for full effect and it never really helped me with the panic attacks.

Other people get benefits after 6 weeks so you have to stick with it and see what happens.
