I had my 3 monthly review today with my Keyworker, and she is realy pleased with the progress i have made. Before i left the clinic she gave me a little poem which she told me to carry around with me ,I thought i would share it with you.

Live That Dream

Live that dream within your heart

Let reality play a part

Dont think of only this and that

You're wasting time while you're just sat

Write your goals for the year ahead

Some changes you may even dread

But if that change helps your dream come true

Do it now, its down to you !
