what is physio doesn't work?

Hi Everyone I know it's been a while but wanted to update you

I finally had a physio assessment last week on my neck. I had a thorough examination and the Dr said

1. This does not feel like a neck with underlying pathological issue
2. Your CT and MRI has ruled out anything sinister
3. You have a terrible posture and would benefit from physio

I start physio on Wednesday )

All good but so worried what will happen if it doesn't work :(
