cant get my words out

does anyone ever forget a word mid sentence and find it hard to say the word i know this mind sound strange but its happening alot

Oh blimey yes. I went into an estate agent the other day, went to speak and nothing but gibberish came out of my mouth.

Hi I often come out with the wrong word, like the other day was looking at some colour charts with a friend and, whilst pointing to the colour green, I said that's a nice yellow. Also I often forget people's names and have to wrack my brain until it comes. It is very annoying.
